I'm having trouble keeping my lines of knots straight (not the edges). They start out straight, but slowly begin to curve like a semicircle. Is there a way to prevent this?

i have a hard time with this too, but what i find works best is if you push up the row that isn't straight with your thumb to straighten it. hope this helps 😊

Make sure that all the leading strings you are using have the same thickness. If the strings you use for the design in the middle are thicker the rows will start to curve.

If you use the straight edges technique make sure you always do two bf or fb knots at the edge because you are replacing both the first and the last knot of each row.

I'd also definitely agree with that you should try to push the rows up if they get uneven. You can do that with a ruler or your fingernails.

Make sure to keep the tension of the knots even and loose, especially around the edges, so they don't curve and get bumpy. I find that always really helps me. 😊

Make sure all of your knots are the same tension. If some of your knots are big, that part of the bracelet is going to no looser and bigger. Try to not be doing any tightening of the knots at the end just to make sure all of your knots are the same and there are no weird tightening situations. Happy knotting! 🙂
