Also listen to music and if it gets worse take a nap for an hour and chew some gum

I get this too! I would set up an eye doctor appointment, as I was getting headaches a lot, and got glasses, which has seemed to help a bit. Make sure you're drinking water and taking breaks. Also, for every 20 minutes you're doing something up close (such as knotting), try to look outside (out of your window) and something far away for a few seconds to give your eyes a break.

Sometimes I get headaches too. I always make sure to look up and stretch a bit before proceeding with the bracelet

Hello! This has happened to me a lot before. 😅 I think it is mostly because your eyes are being strained, from all the focusing on knotting. I went to the eye doctor, and I just received my glasses today. They are not prescription, they are all-purpose, and they relax my eyes and keep them from being strained while knotting. I think I also received these headaches from being on the computer a lot. What helps is taking small breaks every twenty/thirty mins. It helps relax your eyes and it definitely reduces the amount of stress that is put on your eyes from focusing on knotting. I hope this helps! 😄
