Have you tried the straight edges technique yet? To do that technique you do bf knots on the left edge and fb knots on the right edge. It gives the edges a smoother finish. I have written a tutorial how you can do it for both normals and alphas: https://www.braceletbook.com/tutorials/101_the-straight-edges-technique/

Many bracelets just of the way the pattern is are going to curve in. The candy stripe and spotted chevron will do it. Also if it is just happening then tie you knots tight but make them even.

Use the straight edge technique. Also, watch the tension of your bracelet, particularly the edges and near the edges. That way, your knots will stay even, therefore keeping the sides even. I hope this helps! 😄

Soo if I am doing an alpha, I'll just do a 2 toward knots and then 2 backward and that seems to get my edges strait. Also if it's leaning towards the left or right, I just tug on it to make it strait
