Hi I have an alpha that i am going to make but on the pattern I have to change strings on the edge when I start a new row and how do I add it and how do i cut off the little tail without it looking ugly and the bracelet falling apart

If you watch Alex's innovations video on a guide to alphas, at the end she tells you how to cut your strings of at the end!

Maybe use a forward-backward knot (for the right edge, for the left edge use a backward-forward knot) so that the thread won't unravel when you cut the excess off.

I usually use nail polish to keep my strings from unraveling. Also love the pattern!

try the straight edge technique (forwards backwards knot on the end)! if u are doing a flat alpha technique DO NOT DO IT ON THE END! you will have weird loops hanging out the end. you could also just do it normally and then fold the tail over and glue it. i prefer glue to nail polish bc nail polish is harder and will scratch the skins. i hope this helps!
