they are actually called wooden dowels and you can buy them on Amazon or any craft store 😄

You can find them at most craft stores and places like Amazon. They also don't have to be wooden dowels, I know some people who have used toothpicks, wire, and even popsicle sticks!!

You can use popsicle sticks, metal rods, wooden dowels, or even small tree branches you find while walking 🙂

I just made my first wall hanging. I used a chop stick and it worked out fine. Hope this helps. 👍

Craft stores such as the dollar store and they are called wooden dowels or if you want a simple way just go outside and cut off a tiny log and use that.
