Hello! I was wondering if there are any other good kinds of string to use besides embroidery floss?

Good alternatives for embroidery floss (in my experience) are Crochet Thread, and Perle Cotton. Crochet Thread in sizes 5 and 8 are the best pick (in my opinion), and for Perle Cotton size 5 is best (again in my opinion). As well as those, there's also Yarn, but some Yarns are much thicker so unless you want your bracelet overly thick, it might not be the best choice. But its pretty good for 8-10 string bracelets, from what I have seen. There is also Hemp Cord and Sock Cotton that I have seen people use, I haven't personally used them, so I am not sure how good they are. |
