Teardrop loop and triangle ends on normal patterns

HOW DO I DO THESE?!?!? i can do a normal loop but i need a teardrop loop to make it look nicer and better. please help!!!!

Teardrop loops are basically regular loops and two (half) triangle ends to start the bracelet. Do you know how to do triangle ends?
