Back of the alphas can look really funny, and I don't like that when making a keychain. Do you have any tips?

Maybe try stitching a cloth over it? That's what I am doing because I am too lazy to do a two sided bracelet. 😄

You could also make a double sided keychain. You basically make two halves and then you put the two halves together back to back

Try making two versions of the pattern sew them together. Be careful and ask someone for help when sewing them.

You can make a double sided keychain or you can sew a piece of old cloth or clothing to the back of it. Happy knotting!

I made a bunch of name keychains as gifts and used felt glue to adhere pieces of felt to the back. It seems to be holding well!

You could also do a two tone alpha, where the back and the front is the same, though this does mean you're limited to two colours

you can try making a reversed version of the alpha, adding a couple blank rows and then making the regular pattern! then, you could fold that entire long alpha in half over the keychain and sew the bottom together! i think mashaknots showed off a keychain like that in her alpha progress video for reference! it's a bit time consuming but an easy way to get a nice looking alpha on both sides!
