Hi! So I am getting ready to make pattern #25054 and I would like to make 3-4 ‘starbursts’ (repeat the pattern 3-4 times) but this is my first time making this big of a pattern and I was wondering how long I should cut my strings if I’d like to repeat it 3-4 times ?Sorry if my wording is a little confusing I’m just not very good with words 🙃 any help will be greatly appreciated ☺️☺️ |

I would say like an arm longer than a wings spans length. My sister made it and hers came out as 5 starbursts thingies when she made them that long. Also I saw someone say to make the white strings longer because they are used more 🙂

Probably about 3 feet long strings. That is what I normally do with mine. Happy knotting!

I got 4.5 starbursts and my wingspan is about 5’7” and that seemed to work for me. Some colors, like the border color run out quicker than others though , so keep that in mind when cutting your strings too 🙂
