Try using a neck pillow it really can help your posture (I know it does for me). Then try using ice gel or heating pad to help relieve pain. As for keeping a good posture I like to sit on my bed sitting up, I put my clipboard in between my legs and it helps this might be different for you but a clipboard is a good idea. Also be mindful of your sleeping position because making bracelets isn’t the only thing that can cause back pain. Anyways I hope you find a way to fix your back pain so you can continue knotting. Good luck 🙂

You can also try what works better for you: sitting at a table, on the couch or on your bed

I personally like to do bracelets on my bed! I got this like lap table thing where you just fold out the table legs and it stand on ur bed. It’s rlly nice to have because I can lay back as much as I want and not have to lean forward like I would on a desk!

I agree with everyone's advice! Personally, I like to support my back so I try to sit oon a chair/couch and keep my back against the chair/couch for support. The issue is probably when you have to lean forward to make the bracelet, so for that I use a pillow to provide extra support so I can still lean forward. Also, don;t forget to take stand up and take stretch breaks every so often 😊

SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME GIRL!! Do u perhaps use tape? do u bend down to make them? use a clip board it helped me alot i was alot more slower without using a clip board and there like 2 dollars or so (only for one but u can get a packet of 24 for 36-) with a clip board u can lay upwards agaisnt a wall and do them and u dont have to bend down
