Iv seen a lot of people make bookmarks with a hole at the top with a cute little tassel thing like in pattern #49758. I was wondering how you do that.

Handmade Lenin on YouTube has a tutorial, it is the only video on the channel I’m pretty sure, and there are some different tutorials on how to make tassels but they probably all use about the same technique
