How do you guys start normal bracelets that aren't in a mirror pattern (abcddcba), to make them look more professional than just tying knots at both ends? Also for bracelets with more strings (more than 15 or 16, again normal patterns) what you do when you start? I've seen the starting like in Adiks tutorial of how to start a diamond bracelet, but I was wondering how that worked for just normal patterns. Thanks!

You can start your bracelet the same way as the diamond bracelet, but before starting your pattern, you need to cut it (with a photo editor) so that there is one knot on the first row, then two knots on the second row, etc. For non-mirror bracelet, you just start it normally but you can do something original like adding beads at the ends of the bracelet or making three braids that you braid together to obtain one bigger braid ๐ |
