Also, try to just take breaks. This might help get you motivated when you start again! But don't make the breaks too long, because you might loose interest entirely. Just 1 or 2 hours long.

I like watching shows or YouTube while knotting. Also, I always have about 5 wip´s, at least two of them being alphas. So if I get bored of one, I can just continue doing the other one.

Be proud of your work. I often get bored too, but you have to you have to believe in yourself and motivate yourself with the final result, so that how good and beautiful it will look in the end 😊

I split up alpha patterns and do so many rows a day or do it for a certain amount of time per day and that gives me time to do other things I enjoy doing

i have an etsy business for my bracelets and sometimes i find myself making a particular bracelet not because i necessarily want to but because i want to use up a color so as not to waste it or because i think it’s going to sell well and i get really bored with them. my tip is to start a project that you can be excited about. also, think about how exciting the pattern will be to make before you even start (how many colors, is it mostly background, etc)

Look at Instagram pictures! That really helps me and do a pattern that isn’t repetitive! Make one where u want to see what the end result is going to look like and see how it is coming along
