I never really had this problem before but it seems like once I started using crochet thread my fingers hurt so bad!!! Do you have any tips for helping prevent this or a tip to help because I really want to finish this bracelet (knowing me I might just keep going even if hands are blistering 😂). Also has anyone else noticed that their fingers hurt more when using crochet thread?

What I do once my fingers have been torn up is put some tape over the spot where it is blistering! I hope this helps!

You cold try wearing a pair of gloves or adjusting the way you hold the string bc crochet thread isn’t as soft as embroidery so if it rubs you fingers that would be why

whenever it hurts on my hands i will put athletic tape their so then it stops rubbing and it can heal while i still make the bracelet.

yeah i had this problem when i first started knotting my bracelets tighter, but over time i built up callouses so it doesn’t hurt anymore 🎠💌🎡🍓

Cut the fingers off of gloves (and fingertips if you want, i do) and put them on the fingers that hurt the most! For me, that’s both of my pointer fingers and occasionally my thumb. If you use a bandaid, this also prevents it from ripping up a bandaid😊

You can maybe put a bandaid where it hurts

Put some athletic tape on or padded plasters! I find that used to help me a lot

Usually putting blistering skin under cold water helps with the pain and helps it heal more, it's also really relieving 😂 hope this helps!!

Make sure to take breaks while you’re making bracelets to let your hands heal!!

if the problem is blisters i recommend putting a thick bandaid or thick tape over them. if the issue is soreness/cramps just remember to take breaks every once in a while!
