I haven't made a pattern, but it has been taking a while for my variations to get accepted.

The mods are all doing their best to get patterns accepted as soon as possible. Just remember that they're human, they have lives too. They don't just live on BB. Because of Covid, people are getting bored, and BB is getting really busy. Admin just added some new mods, so hopefully that will make things go quicker. 😊
