No, but you can remove them. Go to the pattern that is in your to-dos, and there should be a button that says remove to-do

my way of marking patterns done is by removing the pattern from my todo list, posting a photo, and then adding it to my loves. as of now there is no way to mark todos done though i think that would be a great feature!
