Phantom Friend Request?

Sometime last week, I got a friend request from a user that had a screen name that looked like, "gglcrawler." I can't remember it exactly. But the user had no pictures, no todos, absolutely nothing on their profile. I didn't immediately act on the request, because I wanted to see if they added anything to their profile. A few days after I got the request, the user and the friend request were gone, but I still have a Friend Notification. Does this sound familiar to anyone else? When I go into my Friends tab, there are no new incoming friend requests. Is there a way I can remove that notification?

I've never heard of that but if I were u I would completely close out of the app or shut down ur entire phone or device lemme know if that works!

I don't have the app. This a problem I'm having on the website. I've already tried logging out and logging back in. I thought that might reset it and it would go away. But it's still there. Maybe it's something Admin has to take a look at it.

I find this situation... VERY DISTURBING.. 🙁 but I am sorry that I do not have any ideas to help

Hmm... This might just be on iPod but once I get enough notifications it gets bumped out.
