The FAQ section on bracelet book is great, but I think it would be helpful to have a user created FAQ section too! This might help prevent some of the repetitive topics in the forum that aren’t already on the FAQ page, without making admin and moderators explain everything. 😊

I also think it might be helpful to make the FAQ page easier to acess/ notice bc I’m not sure everyone always notices it at the bottom of the page 😊

part of the issue is that the FAQ section is not available on the app, so many users never even see it!

I've made a thread about the FAQs too a few days back and @Admin said it's planned to add them to the app which I think would be a great relief for the forum.I think most of the commonly asked questions are already in the FAQs but I think if you have anything important in mind that's not on it yet it would be possible to message admin and ask him if it could be added. I can't imagine how a user generated FAQ section would work. If more than one person worked on it I can imagine it being a bit messy. |

@halokiwi, sorry, I didn’t see your post, I’ll go look at it now! That’s great that it will be added to the app though. I agree if it was like the forum it could be a bit messy, but maybe it could be like tutorials where it’s approved by moderators first. I agree that the FAQ section is pretty thorough, but also to make it more noticeable on the site might be helpful. A user created FAQ section could also maybe expand on questions answered already. 😊

@stacey_135 that’s what I was thinking! That would help to prevent repetitive things in the forum I think 😊
