Hello everyone! So, on bracelet book, when viewing patterns - I'm not sure if it's the same for everyone else and everyone's devices, but for mine specifically (I have a Samsung and I use chrome to view bracelet book) after clicking on a pattern, I count aproximately 160 rows horizontally across my screen. Assuming everyone else sees the same approximate 160 knot long horizontal repeated pattern when viewing - approximately how many inches/centimeters long do you think 160 rows are as a knotted bracelet? While I understand that depending on the type of thread / how tightly in which people tie knots does effect the length and width of a bracelet. But an approximation would still be good to know 🙂 I'm asking because I'm working on a pattern that's quite long, so knowing this information would be helpful! for me about 80 knots for an alpha is about 5 ish inches so probably i’d guess 10 inches? but of course it does vary person to person!

When I make normals,10 knots is about 2 cm.

I would tie about ten knots with the type of thread you use and measure that. You can use it as a key and estimate the length you will need.

I’ve never measured the length of my knots, but I do know that a 160 row bracelet is much too big to fit around my wrist, so I don’t think you need to knot that much for the average wrist 😊

I don’t know how long 160 rows will be but I do know 90-100 rows is the average bracelet length, I assume that 160 will be a bracelet and a half then, or about 10-11 inches.
