How do I know when my photo got published?

It’s messages you, or you should get a notification that says “your photo of pattern # got accepted “ . It might get declined, and if it does, if says why. (The lighting isn’t good, you can’t see the bracelet, etc.) hope this helped!

In the “notifications “ section. If you have the app it’s on the top left corner. On the website, it should be at the top of the website . I suggest using the app, it’s much easier 😇

The moderators accept photos and videos and basically anything on the site. You can know if a person is a moderator by clicking on their profile and looking st their rank! Hope this helped 😇 @itsjenni

@itsjenni they might be busy since there are many people, or you can check your notifications to see if the photo got declined

@itsjenni I would suggest checking your notifications again. We generally clear all pending photos, patterns etc within 24hrs and sometimes even more frequently. The only time there has ever been a significant backlog resulting in long waits was in the summer before they created a moderator team and it was only admin and Johny reviewing everything. If you still don't see a notification and the image does not appear on your profile page please contact admin or a moderator so we can see if we can figure out what happened to it.

@Margaron I did that, but my photos only got accepted, I did not get any other noticifations about them. To name a specific pattern, I tried to post a picture of #299554 several times but no one got accepted. Yes, I also noticed that normally they get accepted very fast that‘s the reason why I was wondering about the ones who didn‘t. But thank you for your detailed answer, as a first step I will just try to post them again 🥰👍🏼

@itsjenni the pattern you tried to post to doesn't seem to exist anymore. On the website you can see that the shortcut of the pattern has a strike through which means that the shortcut doesn't work/that the pattern doesn't exist.Most likely the pattern already exists with a different number and the pattern you tried to post to got deleted for that reason. What does your bracelet look like? Maybe I could try help you find a pattern you could post it to. |
