Where can i see the patterns i’ve submitted for the moderators to check?

If you submitted a pattern to the site, you won’t see it on the list of patterns you’ve made because it is in the review process.

@Ashley_14 is correct. Once approved you can access it from your profile page, if declined it will go back to the generator your you to edit any issues.
