Submitted a pattern andit never got accepted or declined

I submitted a big pattern that said come to me all you who weary and I will give you rest. It never got accepted or declined is there a chance a mod accidentally deleted it? I know for a fact that I submitted it.

If it was deleted, you would have gotten a notification that it was deleted.These are the possible options: - you accidentally deleted it yourself instead of submitting it - it was deleted by a moderator (there should be a notification letting you know it was deleted, but this is very unlikely) - it was actually declined (there should be a notification and it should be back in your drafts - you never submitted it (then it should also still be in your drafts) |
