Password change link neer arrives

I have an issue. I have an account I was using that I can't get into because apparently my password is wrong, but I'malso not getting the link in my inbox to change the password. I've waited for days and I have been checking my spam folder constantly. I know which email address I used because when I tried to make another account it said that email address was already used. I have this new account, but would like to have access to the loves and todos of the old account, plus apparently I've maxed out my variations of the day and I didn't take a screen shot so the variation I want to make for my Mom isn't available. Maybe if we can't update my password we can at least upgrade my rank? Is there a better way to get in touch with support? |
