Confused about pictures

A lot of my pictures are declined because they are “low resolution”. I take them with my IPhone so that’s pretty much impossible... Is there a place where I can find all the requirements for pics? Thanks |

I would recommend taking the photo in better lighting, I’ve had my photos declined for that before but when I retook them in good lighting with a phone they were accepted. 😊

As well as good lighting, try setting the focus on the actual bracelet more.

If you’ve taken your bracelet picture in a lowlight condition the resolution drops. Make sure you take your pictures in good light- by a window or outside generally is best. Also don’t crop your pictures too much as that can reduce the quality as well.
