Very often when I add photos of bracelets, the photo gets cropped, and I can't see the whole thing unless I click on it. Why does this happen and how can I fix it? Thanks for answering.

The preview photo is a square. So if you have a rectangular photo (not equal height and width dimensions) it will be cropped in the preview thumbnail.
