deleting colors when making alpha patterns

hi, I'm working on. submitting an alpha pattern and I would like to delete a color. How do I do this? I've looked around but I can't seem to figure it out. thanks!

The only way to delete a color is if there’s no more of that color on the grid

You go to "draw alpha" and click save. All colours you don't use and colours that are doubled disappear.
