is there a way for me to see on which date i ranked up? if not is it possible for me to contact a moderater to ask or can´t they see it either?? (sorry if this is confusing)

You can't see it and we can't see it either. If it is not too long ago and you don't have too many notifications, you might still have the notification from the last time you ranked up. Then you at least know when that was.
