Is there a way to know which DMC colors were used on a pattern?

No, the patterns don’t show the color number so you’ll have to eyeball it.

You can find charts online that tell you which hex colour code matches a dmc colour, but keep in mind that colours on a screen and colours irl look different, so it might not be a perfect match. There are also a lot more colours than there are dmc colours.
