Hey guys, i have an acount that i use but i created it when i was very little. Is there any way that i can create a new acount to change my username and personal information? Thanks!

You can create a new account with a different email address but you can't delete your old account.

As halokiwi said, your best bet is creating a new account. If you reaally want that old account deleted, contact admin and ask them what to do!
