Can I change my password? because my phone said this account had a data leak and now im scared that someone will post things from my account

Thank you! It doesnt really say much but i was trying to remember what my password was and went to settings and it said “This password has appeared in a data leak, which puts this account at high risk of compromise. You should change your password immediately.” Idk if this is accurate or what but it still scared me 😅
