It is the number of 'rewards' you've earned from either participating in [OFFICIAL] Challenges in the Challenges Forum, reporting duplicate patterns to a moderator, and/or reporting bugs with the site and app.

How to participate in official challenges is explained in the official challenges. You can find them in the challenge section of the forum. Official challenges have "official challenge" in the title so you're able to identify them.
