I have no clue, but I don’t think that they use it anymore. @Admin would know though.

Yes, thanks for question 🙂 We're not using it anymore, as you can see. New patterns don't have any difficulty assigned to them, because it was very time consuming. It was done by admins in the past, for every approved pattern 🙂.
