Can’t log into the website

Hi! So I’m on the app right now but I prefer the website. I’ve tried my password (which I’m 100% sure is right) several times and it never lets me log in. I’ve also tried to reset my password but it doesn’t send me the email to reset it. Is anyone else having this problem?Thank you |

On the app is there a ‘forgot password’ button?

@Miacatbb there isn’t, there’s only a reset password button but you need your old password to reset it

Have you checked the spam folder of your email account and are you sure, that you didn't use another email address?

@halokiwi I’ve checked the spam folder and the trash folder and all my unread emails. I’ve also checked it for my other email just in case.

Have you checked that the email address is correct? You should be able to do that using the app. We're not aware of any problems with password reset emails, but maybe you could try using a different email address if you have one.
