hello, I accidentally submitted something to the site is there any way to delete or cancel it?

You cannot do it yourself but you can contact any moderator. If it's not accepted yet we can decline it for you, and if it's already been accepted we can ask the Admin to delete it. Can you tell me what submission you want to delete (pattern or photo)?
