The iPad app is not working

The app keeps crashing on my iPad and it works fine on my phone. Is there something wrong? I tried shutting down my iPad and everything and it’s a new iPad so nothing should be wrong on my end.

I also use BraceletBook on my iPad, but nothing is wrong with it. You may need to delete and redownload the app.
