Does anyone know how I can add a tutorial? Cause I think it has something to with rank, but I am not sure.

It does not have to do anything with rank.To upload a tutorial, you have to ask a moderator for admin's email address. Then you can send your tutorial to that email address. Admin will post the tutorial for you. |
