I don’t think it’s fair if you post a pattern and some people have to approve And like it’s not fair if only people add a certain rank get to approve it like every person on bracelet book should
Be able to approve it not even anyone so whoever owns Bracelet book needs to fix that up because I actually have amazing patterns

Hello @Emalvin, and thank you @BeadGirl16 for mentioning me here.

Regarding the review process, all our moderators we have on here were handpicked by me, and by other moderators. I have to say all of them are really trustworthy people who do their best to help the community. We often discuss patterns which are being reviewed in our (private) slack workspace, and in my opinion the decisions that are made are always right. There are some rules which have been gradually created based on the needs that the site had. I know some of them might seem too strict, but we need to keep them consistent for every user and that's why we cannot make exceptions. And regarding the ranks, we definitely don't decline any items based on it. It only sometimes makes the whole process a bit quicker, when we see that a users has already added a lot of patterns, and has a high rank. Please understand the site couldn't work properly without having the review process in place. Users sometimes tend to add also duplicate content, or content which is totally inappropriate for our audience and thus it has to be controlled in some way.

If you'd like to discuss this further, I would be happy if you write me a direct message here on BB, or use the contact form. You could then send me an example so that I have the context, and we can discuss problems with specific patterns. We definitely don't want to discourage you from adding your patterns to BB.
