app video problems (cant hear)

when i try to watch video tutorials through the bracelet book app the video plays but i cant seem to hear anything. my volume is up and every other app that uses volume is perfectly fine. is it just me ?

mines seem to work, maybe try checking if you have the site muted or something ??
