I keep trying to upload a photo of a bracelet I made but it just keeps loading when I hit submit. Idk if it’s a connection issue but It’s been happening the last couple of days. 🙁

@rebma101 maybe your photo is just too big, you could try makin a screenshot of this photo and then upload the screenshot, maybe that works. If not, I think it's just a problem with the site

Photos have to be reviewed by a moderator before being added to the site.

That’s a good idea, it probably is too big of a picture, and I know that they have to be approved but I couldn’t get them uploaded to be approved if that makes since, and thankyou

@Maky_Wacky when submitting something (at least on the website), you'll get a little pop-up message that it's successfully submitted.

I could submit my photo but it kept saying that my photo was too blurry or the lighting wasn’t right and you couldn’t see the pattern properly but I keep retaking the photo and it still won’t let me submit it

@Emeee____ keep trying 🙂 you could message the moderator who declined your photo to ask for a more detailed feedbackTo take a good photo i recommend - taking the photo during daylight - making sure the camera focuses on the bracelet and not the background |

I just wanted to make it clear that I haven’t had problems with moderators declining my pattern, it’s just that it doesn’t load and won’t even submit it to be like cleared by a moderator, so I think that I just don’t have strong enough connection and decreasing the size of my images worked.
