profile pictures, bracelet pictures and patterns won’t show up for me

I’m having this weird thing that’s been going on a while where I can’t see any pfps or patterns, it’s just a white block where it should be. My computer and laptop keep crashing whenever I open safari in general so I can’t log on there in general so… could y’all look into this?

i think its your computer or a weak signal thing, i dont have any issues with that on bb, but it seems like something is preventing images from loading for u whether its your wifi or something on your laptop. id try opening bb up on ur phone on safari or something and seeing if thst works if u have a phone. if the images load then its an issue with the laptop, or the wifi it’s connected to. also try restarting your laptop, but yhe fact that its crashing whenever you open safari makes me think its your laptop not bb
