2 tiny site improvement suggestions

1. It'd be useful to have a small button in a bottom corner of the screen to scroll all the way up to the top of the page. It's sometimes too easy to get into wild depths on here, especially when checking out larger patterns. That simple button would take a significant amount of stress off of our scroll wheels and/or fingers 😜

2. I recently tried adding a birthdate to my profile, but it took me way too many attempts to guess the proper format. It'd be much easier if there was a hint placed somewhere near/in the field to know in which order the day/month go, despite the contents typically being set only once in the lifetime of an account.

Both of those changes are rather quick to implement, but the overall user satisfaction will surely increase once they're here!

Thanks a lot @Wikknots for sharing the suggestions! I agree that both of them would be very nice to have!

1. I'm not sure if this also works on Android, but on iOS you can tap the status bar (all the way on the top of your screen) to scroll to the top in any app. It also works with websites 🙂 But I agree that having a button in the bottom of the screen would be a better UX, as that's a lot closer to tap and a lot more intuitive 🙂.

2. Completely agree. I implemented this a long time ago and have never really thought about it since. The best solution would probably be using some date picker.

I marked both of your suggestions to my todo list and will try my best to look into them as soon as possible! 🙂
