Hey admin and mods! @Admin @KrazyKnotz @clairehair @Racoon @kinsey_b @halokiwi @Odanak118My idea is that some people picked by admin and mods can be ranked junior moderators. Junior moderators could take in smaller tasks, such as approving photos, dealing with messaging issues, and answer questions. I think that this would be a great addition to the community so peoples smaller problems can get resolved as quick as the big ones! Just an idea, but I’ve been thinking about this for a while and would love to be one 😄 And a huge thanks to @Admin and all the other mods for making BB a awesome place! -Stella ❤️ |

I think this would be kewl but as some mods have brought up before, people under 17 (the age you can become a mod) wouldn’t be able to moderate photos/videos as they can have inappropriate content. But junior mods sounds like a good idea :}

Right now we don't need new moderators, but even when we do, @Admin wants to keep the moderator team as small as possible because it's easier to manage this way, so it's much more useful for him to add one "full" moderator to the team than add one or two junior moderators. Also, as a moderator, I like having to do the easy tasks like moderating photos because I can choose them when I want to moderate but am too exhausted to moderate patterns, for example...
