what are the size requirements for photos?

hello everyone! im a bit confused at what point the image is considered too small for the website because i had a photo of 983 x 847 px accepted but a photo of 823 x 960 px declined for being too small when these are imo roughly the same dimensions 🤔are there any concrete numbers for image dimensions that users can use as a guide when submitting pics? or any other criteria mods use to decide if the image is the right size or not? thank you! |

Anything smaller than 1000x1000 usually gets declined. I'm not sure if it's exactly 1000 or 1024 or something like that, but we moderators get shown a warning for all photos that are smaller than that and will decline the photo. In the past we have not been as strict, but now we usually try to follow these rules.
