Just downloaded the app on my iphone but it will not open. As soon as it opens it crashes immediately. Is anyone else having this issue?

No I’m not having that issue but have you tried deleting the app and reinstall it?

Your phone might not support the app. Cause I have that problem with other apps in my phone.

Im on an iPhone 7 and it bugs often, I'll have to reboot my phone sometimes cuz the app will just freeze and closing and reopening the app doesn't do much. But tbh I think that's just cuz my phone is older. On my ipad and my phone tho I can be doing anything on the app and like twice a day it'll just crash and then I'll reopen it and it works perfectly fine 🤷

My phone has crashed on bb a few times this week, its probably my phone although it usually doesn't crash (I have been using the app for two years and my phone hasn't changed at all)

It. might be your phone,,, I just got the Iphone mini 13 idk how to format it, it works fine tho my old i phone 7 was not doing the trick, then again you might need to update it!
