Can you add a difficulty to patterns anymore?

Hi. How come some patterns have a difficulty and others don't? Can you add them anymore? If you can't, why not? Thanks! 😁😊

Only early patterns have difficulty ratings. Newer ones don't have them anymore. I think the ratings were added by moderators, but that was before my time on here. I think the reasons why there aren't difficulty ratings anymore are mainly two: 1) it's a lot of work to estimate the difficulty of each individual pattern and 2) a pattern that might be difficult for one person might be easy for another independent from what their skill levels are
