Hello!

Just a couple of ideas that came to mind for enhancing the experience on this site (which is already fantastic!). I have no idea how possible/feasible these are but I thought I would throw it out there.

1. Collections - What about having a collections tab which could group patterns together into different categories and themes. I know some of this is really accomplished through the use of searching for keywords, but this doesn’t always turn up what people may be looking for. I also see lots of people looking for recommendations for certain patterns that would work for a different product (book marks, key chains etc). So what about a collections feature that would group similar patterns together that people could consult for recommendations. And maybe users could add/submit patterns into these collections so it wasn’t all on moderators to decide how to categorize patterns. Just a thought 🙂

2. Folders/Sub Folders for to-dos - This one kind of stems from the same thinking as the first one and I think I may have seen someone else mention it in a forum, but what about having the ability to add folders and sub folders within your to dos to help keep them organized? A lot of times when I save patterns I have them in mind for different purposes and having the ability to sort and categorize them would make it easier to find when I finally get around to actually making that pattern. Plus, who doesn’t love organization?! Or is that just me? 😂

I love the organizing the todos idea. I have different patterns in my todos for different porpoises but always get them all mixed in and o forget about them.
