How to write date of birth correctly?

Can somebody show me how to write date of birth (in info about me) correctly so it will be valid, because i want to save all informations about me. I tried everything: 7.10.2000 (it is not my real year of birth i just don't want to share it with people), 10.07.2000, 7th October 2000, 7 October 2000. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO so please if you can then help me 😭
