hints/tips section on patterns

I know this'd probably be really hard to implement, but I think it'd be useful to have a place for people who have made a pattern to have a section separate from the comments to post advice such as string length, any small knotting changes or mistakes in the pattern, if they can do straight edges etc. this could also be an advice tag or a way to like comments so that comments about these things don't get buried and are easier to access. |

Adding the ability of pinned comments has been an idea previously and I think admin took note of it.
