Hi! This isn’t my original idea, I think I saw someone posting about this a few months ago and I thought it was a great idea, but discussion sort of died off so I thought I’d share again. I feel is even more relevant because of the dense number of patterns on braceletbook now. Don’t get me wrong, i am glad that there are many patterns, but sometimes, multiple series of patterns that I’m not interested in can be tiring to scroll through. There are also a higher number of patterns that cater to niche groups, such as patterns pertaining to specific religions, specific countries/cities, or specific political beliefs. Especially for the political and religious slant on some bracelet patterns, I also think that it can be a sensitive topic and I would understand why someone wouldn’t want to continually see patterns of that nature continually pop up on their page. So, can there be a section (similar to the one where we can input keywords now), where any keywords we type in will be blocked when we search for patterns? Thank you! ❤️ |

Being able to exclude keywords is such a basic search functionality, it really should be a feature. I wish they would put the source up on github so us programmers could contribute to the site and fix such things without putting more pressure on admin.
