Ability to change Rating

I've seen it happen a lot when a user accidentally rates a pattern a 1 or 2 or 3, I was wondering if someone could code the website to make it where a person can choose to take back their rating. For example, let's say I go to a normal pattern. I rate it a 4. The rating updates to show that that I rated it a 4 star rating. Now you can click to change it to a 5 star rating, if you want. I also think there should be a cap off amount. For instance, a person can only rate a pattern 5 times. Then they are no longer able to do so.
